Toshiba brought their new TG01 phone up to Cambridge for Keith to test, and while he only got to play with it for half an hour or so, it worked great with both a direct USB connection from the phone to the camera, and via WiFi using an Eye-Fi card, so I would definitely put it at the top of your list. Second would be the HTC Touch Pro. I have not personally tested the Touch Pro II, and given that Soren just posted that he is having a problem with it, the Touch Pro 1 would be the safest bet for now.

Phojo will run fine on the 6500 I`m sure, but to plug in your camera, the magic wording you need to see is USB Host, apart from the G900 they all have USB client support only. I did find some industrial phones with USB host support, but they are $2000+, let me know if you would like more details..

Hi Paul
I have been using the Advantage 7500 will no problems since I bought it
I have changed from Canon back to Nikon D3 ( What a great Camera) and as I can not use USB Host I have been using a WT-4 it works straight away every time
I Hope that Nikon can sort out the USB host on their camera's as the WT-4 is quite large and the cable that comes with it very long, makes me think that with USB host I could connect from the camera directly into my Pocket PC I still have my LOOX T 830 , I have found that the short mini USB to Large USB cable that came with my USB G3 Modem is just the right length if I fix the WT-4 to the underside of my D3 with Velcro

I feel your pain Ian, the Advantage was a serious disappointment. I couldn't even get an acknowledgment from HTC about the problem. If you want USB host support, I`d Ebay the Advantage to recoup most of the price of the G900, the resale value is very good, $800 in the US. As I mentioned in the article, check when the negative comments were posted in the G900 forum, as they are now shipping with the 3.01 ROM which fixed the early issues.
